Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

IBC Tanks Recycle (ibctanksrecycle.com) is a referral service. We take requests to buy, sell, recondition and recycle IBC totes and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and do the work. We don't sell totes or run a facility ourselves.

2. What the Form Collects

When you send a quote request we collect what you enter:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Company name (optional)
  • ZIP or postal code, and optionally street address, city and state
  • Product, service, grade, quantity, timeframe and your message
  • Whether you ticked the SMS consent box

We also record the page you sent the form from and basic referral details (such as the referring site or campaign tags in the link you followed) so the request can be routed and we can see which pages bring in requests.

3. How Your Request Is Used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route quote requests, and from there to one or more partner suppliers who can serve your area. They use it to contact you about your request and prepare a quote. We don't sell your information and don't use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Text Messages

If you tick the SMS consent box, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote.

5. Analytics

This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe or with a browser privacy signal are counted in cookieless mode. We set no advertising cookies and don't record sessions.

6. Retention

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to route them, follow up and keep basic records, and then delete them. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent. Partner suppliers who contacted you can also be asked directly.

8. Security

Requests are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
