• Transportation and logistics for IBC pickup and delivery
• IBC accessories including valves, adapters, lids, and replacement parts

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary in appearance due to the nature of used and reconditioned goods.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted on our website or through direct communication are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on:

• Product condition and grade (food-grade, non-food grade, etc.)
• Delivery location and associated shipping costs
• Current market conditions and availability
• Custom service requirements

A formal quote will be provided before any transaction is finalized. Quotes are valid for the time period specified in the quote document. Payment terms will be established at the time of the transaction and may include payment by check, wire transfer, ACH, or other accepted methods. We reserve the right to require full or partial payment before shipment.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Submitting a quote request or inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on pricing, quantity, specifications, and delivery terms in writing (including email). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including inventory availability, weather, and transportation logistics.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping and transportation of IBC totes. Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery destination, quantity of totes, and method of transport. Shipping costs will be communicated as part of your quote.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. While we take great care in packaging and securing shipments, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit by third-party carriers. We recommend inspecting all shipments upon arrival and reporting any damage to the carrier immediately.

For buyback and recycling pickups, we will coordinate scheduling and logistics with the seller. Pickup dates and times are subject to availability and route planning.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of used and reconditioned IBC totes, all sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that does not match the agreed-upon specifications or is materially defective, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, credit, or refund at our discretion. Returns require prior authorization and must be arranged through our team. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Products that have been modified, damaged through misuse, or contaminated after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IBC Tanks Recycle or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
